OPEN POSITION:
Lead Provider / Clinical Team Manager - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- 40 Hours per Week
- Some Flexibility Offered

CLINIC HOURS:
- Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 8:00pm
- Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Saturday, 10:00am to 3:00pm
- Sundays & Holidays, closed

COMPENSATION:
- $175,000 to $195,000 Starting Base Salary, dependent upon experience

The practice has been operating since 2006 and is currently seeking a new lead provider due to growth.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This position serves as both a clinical provider to clients (80% of work hours) and functions in a supervisory capacity (20% of work hours).





As the lead provider, the new APP will be responsible for overseeing 2 APPs, 2 RNs, 2 Medical Assistants, and 3 clinical support team members. Duties include, but are not limited to:

- shadowing providers for QA checks
- periodic chart reviews
- implementing goals
- coaching staff on safety and efficacy of treatments
- scheduling

As a clinician, the APP will see 10 to 12 clients per shift.

The practice offers a wide variety of services, focused in the areas of anti-aging, Botox, CoolSculpting, non-surgical facelift, weight loss, tattoo removal, and more.

REQUIREMENTS:
- California NP or PA license
- 3+ years experience in medical aesthetics
- previous supervisory, mentoring, etc. experience preferred
- must live within 10 miles of Valencia
