- Source and engage Norwegian-speaking candidates for various job openings
- Conduct initial interviews in both Norwegian and English—your language skills are essential!
- Build positive relationships with candidates and clients alike
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and preferences
- Keep our candidate databases accurate and organized
- Support each step of the recruitment process to ensure a smooth experience for everyone
- Bring your creativity and ideas to the table to enhance our recruitment strategies
- Fluency in both Norwegian and English is a must
- Excellent communication and people skills are key for building strong relationships
- We are looking for self-starters who can work independently while enjoying teamwork
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn will help you thrive in this role!

- No previous recruitment experience is necessary; we believe in providing thorough training!
