- IT Consultant tasks in the area of SAP HCM with focus on master data/organizational management.
- Ensuring ongoing operations and implementation of customer requirements in SAP HCM (ex. Rollout new companies).
- Adjustment of the system settings in sap HCM PA/OM.
- Coordination of internal and external colleagues to ensure the implementation of the scheduled tasks planned every 3 months.

- Experience with SAP HCM in PA and OM modules and customizing.
- Experience working with customers problem-solving SAP HCM.
- At least 4 years experience as SAP HCM Consultant.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP HCM: application and user support especially in the areas of master data/organizational management as well as the connections/dependencies to the related modules (Time Management and Payroll Accounting).
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Organizational and very good communication skills.
- Good English skills, written and spoken

Nice to have:

- Experience in the implementation and support in SAP HCM projects and modules.
- Experience in ABAP programming.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP UI5.




- Experience with interface development and integration.
- Knowledge of data migration and conversion.
