THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated HR Administrator to join our team in Spain. You will support HR Administration processes, including employee onboarding and offboarding, communication with Social Security, data management, and other HR-related tasks. You will also provide support to the team as needed and contribute to process improvements, knowledge sharing, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process employee hires, terminations, and contract changes in the HR system
- Communicate with Social Security and other relevant authorities
- Support day-to-day HR administration and benefits tasks
- Follow detailed working instructions (DWIs) and report any gaps or inconsistencies
- Assist colleagues and new team members in understanding HR processes
- Respond to tickets and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Support reporting and ad hoc HR projects as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
- Participate in team meetings and knowledge transfer sessions
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders
- Hybrid working: attend the office 1–2 times per week as agreed with the Hiring Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years of relevant HR administration experience in HR consulting, payroll outsourcing,
or corporate HR environment
- Experience with HR processes such as onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and HR data management
- Customer service experience desirable
- English communication skills sufficient for day-to-day work; Spanish required
- Knowledge of HR systems is desirable (Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft), but not mandatory
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Flexibility to support a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
