The Role :

We are looking for a technical support specialist. This person will act as a liaison resolving any problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.





We are interested in finding a candidate that feels comfortable being a problem solver with our customers. We aim at generating a close and successful connection with the customer in order to help them engage with our brand.

Requirements

- 2 years of experience in a Customer Service role.
- Advanced English and Spanish level.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Dynamic problem solver and customer-oriented
- Great listener and communicator
