This role bridges technical, commercial and strategic domains – working closely with R&D;, sales, marketing and key players to drive growth within the Wire & Cable segment, covering comprehensive spectrum of polymer materials used in production within the Wire & Cable sector.

Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in product management, technical marketing or application development in the Wire & Cable materials industry. * Strong technical knowledge in polymers and plastics processing. * Familiarity with Wire & Cable producers’ requirements, specifications and approval processes. * Excellent cross-cultural and communication skills. * Knowledge and networking withing the Wire & Cable industry. * Willingness to travel, also abroad, to customers, trade shows and manufacturing sites.





Main Tasks: * Lead and implement the global Wire & Cable product strategy. * Cross-functional collaboration with local and global sales and R&D; teams. * Partner with Sales and Technical teams to identify application opportunities. * Monitor industry trends, regulations and competitor offerings in the Wire & Cable space. * Coordinate the OEM co-operations across the integral sales teams. * Strategy development for the Wire & Cable R&D; teams. * Support Marketing with product contents and technical collateral. #J-18808-Ljbffr
