Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of business clients
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
Conduct outbound outreach and consult clients on tailored business solutions
Develop strategic account plans to maximize customer success
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline
Achieve individual sales targets and performance KPIs
Stay up to date with industry trends and customer needs
Requirements
Native or fluent
German, Dutch, or Danish (C2)
Good level of English
Previous experience in sales, account management, business development,



or customer success
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skillsExperience with CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage
