? Your responsibilities
In this role, it’s all about building connections, no cold calling here ?
- Be the Guide: Follow up with warm leads who have already shown interest and help them find exactly what they need. ?
- Personalized Solutions: Listen to customers' stories and recommend the idóneo unit size and services with honesty and clarity. ?
- Digital Support: Assist customers in completing their digital contracts smoothly and efficiently. ?




- Team Spirit: Work closely with our Operations Team to ensure a "five-star" move-in experience and share your best ideas with the crew. ?
- Accuracy: Keep our CRM system tidy and up-to-date. ?

? Your profile
We are looking for a "people person" who thrives on positive interactions ?
- Language: You are a Native Dutch speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Experience: You have a background in sales or customer service and know how to build trust quickly.
- Mindset: You prefer a consultative approach over "high-pressure" sales. You want to help, not just sell ❤️
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems.
- Energy: You’re a team player who loves a diverse, fast-paced environment. ?
