Hybrid and adaptable working arrangements and family?friendly policies are just some of the ways we invest in employee wellbeing.Join us and you will thrive personally as well as professionally.Key ResponsibilitiesCost Estimation & BudgetingAssist with preparing cost estimates and project budgetsSupport cost planning exercises to help projects remain within financial constraintsProcurement & Contract ManagementLearn about procurement strategies and contract administrationAssist in the preparation of tender documents and evaluation of contractor bidsFinancial Reporting & Risk ManagementSupport the preparation of cost reports, identifying financial risks and opportunitiesAssist with tracking project expenditure to help ensure value for moneyClient & Stakeholder EngagementWork closely with clients, contractors and internal teams to support cost?effective project deliveryDevelop communication and commercial skills to support informed decision?makingQualificationsDegree in Construction, Engineering or a related field (e.g. Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería Civil)BehavioursCurious and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in learning and developing within cost managementDetail?oriented and numerate, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all workAbility to manage workload, priorities,
