Are you a Salesforce Business Analyst looking to join a global digital transformation project?
We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce Service Cloud to act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams within an international environment.
Here are some key details:
Hybrid role based in Sant Cugat (3 days onsite per week).
International environment - fluent English and Spanish are required.
Ideally, the role begins as a 6-month freelance contract, after which you'll be directly hired by the end client. This transition has already been confirmed. (This can be negotiable depends on your preference)
What you'll be doing
Gather, analyse and refine business requirements.




Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Collaborate closely with development teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Participate in solution workshops, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and UAT.
Validate delivered solutions and support user adoption.
Contribute to the continuous evolution of a global Salesforce platform across multiple Salesforce Clouds.
What we're looking for
4+ years' experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst (or similar functional role).
Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
Experience working in complex Salesforce environments (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud or other Salesforce Clouds is a plus).
Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluent English and Spanish (both required).
