Passenger Service and Coordination Agent Duties

- Flight preparation and dispatch documentation processing

- Flight control and monitoring

- Passenger and baggage check-in

- Lost baggage claims handling

- Flight boarding procedures





- Documentation tasks and customer service at the check-in desk

- Preparation and processing of flight documentation

- Coordination of aircraft turnaround operations

- Communication with the aircraft and time monitoring

- Assistance and support for flight crews and technical staff

This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced airport environment.

- For the Passenger and Operations positions, a B1/B2 level of English and driving license is required.
