A local construction company (Empresa construcció) in Calviá is currently recruiting a Journeyman Painter to strengthen their site operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Executing essential preparatory work, including surface puttying, sanding, and applying primer coats to ensure proper paint adhesion.
- Carrying out comprehensive interior painting, precise lacquering, wallpaper installation, and specialized surface treatments.
- Managing exterior painting tasks, protective facade coatings, and routine facade maintenance to handle coastal island conditions.
- Supporting complete renovation and rehabilitation projects on existing structures.
- Performing detailed repair work and touch-ups to deliver seamless finishes.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum of 5 months of hands‑on experience in painting and surface preparation work.
- Completed secondary education (ESO / school leaving certificate).




- A valid Category B driving licence to ensure mobility for job-site locations.
- Pride in quality workmanship, reliability, and the ability to work effectively on active sites.

Employment Conditions

- Permanent contract with full-time hours.
- Gross annual starting salary of €23,897.62, which can be higher based on your proven background and experience level.
- Regular working hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Immediate integration planned for August 1, 2026, on projects centred around Calviá, Mallorca.
