In this position, you will be deeply involved in executing the core procedures of the human resources department. Your main duties will include:

- Coordinating and managing candidate selection and recruitment procedures.
- Implementing training programs and handling administrative tasks related to employee development.
- Performing labor administration tasks and maintaining routine personnel documentation.
- Assisting with the execution and monitoring of occupational risk prevention (PRL) protocols.





To qualify for this position, you must fulfill the following mandatory requirements:

- An official Higher Vocational Degree (CFGS) in Administration and Finance OR a Higher Vocational Degree in Management Support (CFGS Asistencia a la dirección).
- At least 6 months of relevant practical experience in selection and recruitment processes.
- A high level of proficiency using Microsoft Office software.
