The role in a nutshell :

Within our Temporary Employment and Recruitment division, we are looking for a Staff Leasing Recruiter to join our team in Madrid . We are seeking a proactive, solution-oriented individual with a strong customer focus and experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes within a temporary staffing (ETT) environment.

How you will make a difference:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary staffing and permanent recruitment clients, following the Selection Department's established procedures.
- Source and attract talent through various recruitment channels and sourcing tools.
- Advise clients on candidate profiles, labour market trends, and talent attraction strategies.
- Work closely with the Sales team to understand each client's hiring requirements.
- Manage employment contracts, employment documentation, and administrative processes related to temporary staffing activities.

What will give you an advantage:

- University degree relevant to the role (Psychology, Labour Relations, Human Resources, or similar).
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a temporary staffing agency (ETT), managing end-to-end recruitment processes. This is an essential requirement.
- Experience with employment contracts and HR administration related to temporary employment.
- Ability to manage a high volume of vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.




- Intermediate level of English.
- Strong customer orientation, organisational skills, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Base salary starts from € 22,000 .
