To qualify for this position, you must hold official certification in the field of social and healthcare support. The essential requirements for this role are:





- An official Vocational Training qualification (CFGM) as a Technician in Care for People in Dependency Situations (Técnico en atención a personas en situación de dependencia) or an equivalent Vocational Training qualification (CFGM) as a Nursing Assistant (Auxiliar de Enfermería)
- Professional commitment to delivering high-quality home assistance and care
- Strong communication skills in Spanish to effectively coordinate with clients and families
- Availability to work the required morning shift schedule as well as participate in periodic on-call duties

What this position offers you is a structured work setup in the heart of Mallorca. The contract details and working conditions include:

- A temporary full-time contract within the private social services sector
- Fixed working hours from Monday to Friday, between 07:00 and 15:00, plus scheduled on-call shifts (guardias)
- A salary of 1,683 EUR gross per month
