Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview As a Data Scientist at Roche, you will lead and deploy data-driven solutions that accelerate healthcare innovation. You’ll balance hands-on AI development with strategic content leadership to modernize clinical data and submission assets. You work across cross-functional teams to translate analytics into actionable insights in a regulated, GxP environment. This role offers hybrid work, with in-office collaboration two days per week, and a chance to contribute to life-changing healthcare outcomes.

Responsabilidades

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, and end-to-end deployment
- Advanced Python and R programming skills; familiarity with SAS preferred
- Hands-on experience with generative AI and multi-agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AWS AgentCore, MCP servers)
- Strong knowledge of LLMOps and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methods
- Experience in statistical modeling, ML algorithms, and data visualization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical partners
