Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview In this role, you will analyze Disney+ performance for Spain u0026amp; Portugal and translate insights into strategic recommendations. You will own forecasting and planning processes while identifying risks and opportunities to drive subscriber growth, engagement, and retention. You will partner with local and regional teams to shape data-driven decisions and optimize commercial outcomes. You will communicate complex data clearly to senior leadership and collaborate across the EMEA Disney+ and analytics functions. This is a cross-functional, impact-focused position within a values-led environment in Madrid.

- Strong SQL expertise and ability to work with large, complex datasets to generate actionable insights
- Proven ability to develop forecasts, performance models and scenario analyses in a commercial context
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Experience influencing stakeholders through data-driven storytelling and presenting to senior decision makers
- Strong commercial acumen connecting analyses to business priorities and strategic opportunities
- Ability to manage complex analytical projects independently and collaborate cross-functionally
