Overview

In this role you drive financial planning, forecasting and performance management for the Spanish affiliate, partnering with business leads to shape decisions. You will deliver insights, challenge assumptions and support value-driven resource allocation in a dynamic, cross-functional setting. You act with autonomy to identify issues and develop recommendations that influence growth initiatives and pricing and commercial evaluations. This is a strategic finance partner role within a growing organization focused on long-term health outcomes. Responsibilities

- Drive financial planning, forecasting and business outlook activities for assigned areas ensuring robust assumptions and risk/opportunity transparency
- Deliver financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making and allocation of resources
- Act as a finance partner to help stakeholders understand performance, evaluate alternatives and make informed choices
- Conduct financial evaluations related to pricing, launch preparations, commercial opportunities,



business cases and growth initiatives
- Contribute to capability development and continuous improvement within the team
- Support the shift from reporting to proactive business partnering and forward-looking insights

Qualifications

- Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar
- Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Finance, Business Partnering or Analytics in pharmaceutical/healthcare
- Experience in planning, forecasting, performance management and business case development
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence at different levels
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
