In this role you will maintain and develop HR local systems (SAP HCM) for Allianz Spain and Allianz Portugal, driving end-to-end resolution of HR IT incidents and new legal requirements. You will bridge local HR teams with Central IT and support the SuccessFactors-SAP interface. The position blends ABAP development, system integration, and agile delivery to shape HR capabilities across borders. A strong focus on cross‑functional collaboration and continuous improvement will help you impact HR operations at scale.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- End‑to‑end management and resolution of non‑payroll SAP HCM incidents, developments, and legal requirements for local systems
- First‑level support for SuccessFactors‑SAP interface issues and second‑level support for SuccessFactors data issues
- Act as IT liaison between local HR teams and Central IT to ensure alignment and delivery

Responsabilidades

- 6+ years of SAP HCM experience focusing on ABAP, SF‑SAP interface, ALEs, Fiori,



and Roles/Permissions
- Demonstrated experience in PA and OM modules (SAP HCM)
- Agile mindset and experience with iterative delivery
- Advanced user knowledge of SuccessFactors (EC module mainly; REC/ONB, LMS, PM, TM and add‑ons appreciated)
- International and Agile environment experience desired
- Nice‑to‑have: 3+ years in Time Management and 3+ years in Payroll within SAP HCM
- Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent English
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge in AI technologies and their practical use
