Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview In this Senior Talent Acquisition Partner role, you will act as a strategic advisor driving end-to-end hiring and workforce planning with AI-enabled, insight-led recruiting. You’ll influence talent location strategy and scale AI-driven processes across technical, commercial, and creative teams. You’ll partner with stakeholders to shape sourcing, market intelligence, and candidate experience, contributing to a globally distributed, high-growth organization. This hybrid post requires three days in our Barcelona office and offers impact at scale by embedding data-driven practices across recruitment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical, commercial, and creative roles from intake to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers and Pu0026C Business Partners on talent availability, market conditions, search strategy
- Leverage Talent Intelligence Layer for market mapping, competitor analysis, and pipeline planning
- Create proactive sourcing strategies and future-focused pipelines aligned to growth and skill demand
- Embed AI across the recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, outreach, interview prep, evaluation, communication)
- Develop scalable, AI-enabled workflows to improve speed, quality, and consistency




- Use AI and talent intelligence to elevate overall hiring strategy beyond efficiency gains
- Enhance candidate experience with personalized engagement and structured communication
- Drive adoption of recruitment technologies (ChatGPT/Copilot, Textio, LinkedIn Hiring Assistant, Paradox, Metaview)
- Utilize data/metrics (pipeline health, conversion, time-to-hire) to inform decisions and improve outcomes
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all recruitment stages
- Introduce governance and compliance controls for AI outputs and hiring decisions
- Share best practices to raise team capability and TA efficiency

Responsabilidades

- 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience hiring across technical, commercial, and creative teams
- Strong English communication skills; Spanish a plus
- Proven experience using AI and data-driven recruitment tools
- Experience using market intelligence and talent insights to shape sourcing strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
