Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview In this leadership role, you will drive the delivery of End User Computing, Edge, and IT infrastructure across Marathon’s refining environment. You’ll partner with onsite IT leaders, infrastructure teams, and business leaders to ensure reliable operations while accelerating transformative technologies. You will oversee Edge computing, LoRaWAN, industrial sensing, drones, and mobility for a growing connected frontline workforce. You will lead cross-functional execution to improve reliability and operational performance, shaping the future of refining operations.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Oversee the operational execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of corporate collaboration and workplace technology services (e.G., Microsoft Teams Rooms, phones, printers, peripherals) for high availability and service excellence
- Manage delivery and support of mobile devices and supporting infrastructure to enable field workers to interact with operational IT systems
- Enable and support industrial sensoring wireless roadmap using LoRaWAN, WirelessHART, and private LTE for reliable sensor connectivity and asset visibility
- Provide team leadership, mentorship, recruitment, development, and performance management to foster innovation and continuous improvement
- Plan and lead low- to medium-complexity IT projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality
- Ensure availability, reliability, and security of refinery onsite IT/Business Network systems in collaboration with stakeholders
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle of digital products from ideation to delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely,

- Embed continuous improvement, cybersecurity, data integrity, and regulatory compliance across platforms
- Align product roadmaps with business strategy, enterprise infrastructure, and cybersecurity plans; drive cloud, data governance, and digital transformation initiatives
- Design and manage enterprise-grade infrastructure platforms (CI/CD, container orchestration, IaC) with secure-by-default practices and automated testing
- Identify opportunities for automation and enhanced capabilities across the enterprise and optimize tool utilization
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and timely IT services
- Stay current with technology trends and regulatory changes to recommend adopting new technologies for efficiency

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of diversified IT experience
- 3+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience
- Operational experience in an industrial environment (highly desired)
- Experience delivering IT products/services aligned with business strategy; managing timelines and vendor relationships (preferred)
- Experience with Portfolio and Product management in Agile or SAFe environments (preferred)
- Ability to adapt and execute plans based on strategy and objectives (preferred)
- Experience with OT infrastructure (preferred)
