Experteer Overview

In this role you lead end-to-end supply chain across the CEE & Trade markets, translating business strategy into supply chain plans and ensuring reliable, cost-efficient delivery. You partner with commercial leaders to shape demand, capacity, and asset strategy while maintaining high service levels. You will influence integral capabilities and mentor regional teams in a fast‑changing, multi‑market environment. This position offers the chance to impact regional execution and drive cross‑functional collaboration within a leading healthcare company.

- Own and lead the end-to-end supply chain across the CEE & Trade Markets, from demand shaping to delivery and service execution
- Provide functional leadership to in‑market Supply Chain Leaders on asset installation/utilization, customer service, and order fulfilment
- Ensure consistent, high‑performance supply chain standards across diverse markets
- Partner with commercial leaders to translate strategy into executable supply chain plans and IBP insights
- Lead cluster‑wide asset strategies, NPIs,



and lifecycle management aligned to demand and business goals
- Drive end-to-end cost‑to‑serve optimization while preserving service levels
- Collaborate with International and Global Supply Chain teams to improve collaboration, visibility, and execution
- Develop and coach in‑market supply chain leaders, fostering accountability and a culture of continuous improvement

Responsabilidades

- Strong IBP involvement with ability to translate demand and capacity into actionable plans
- Leadership and people development capabilities across diverse teams
- Ability to balance service, growth, and cost trade‑offs and optimize cost‑to‑serve
- Strategic thinking with focus on asset efficiency and lifecycle management
