Responsibilities
- Define analysis methodologies and validate FEM models and stress reports.
- Perform static structural analysis of aircraft metallic and composite structures using FEM.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior stress engineers.
- Extract loads, stresses, spectra and mission files.
- Extract material data, geometry details and fastener specifications from part and assembly drawings.
- Support design teams by assessing structural modifications,
non‑conformities and engineering changes.
- Create FEMs using geometric data from part and assembly drawings.
- Prepare stress certification dossiers.
Qualifications
• More than 5 years of proven experience in static analysis in the aerospace industry.
• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Experience working with aerospace OEM/Tier/Suppliers on specific stress activities.
• Familiarity with Airbus methods and tools highly desirable.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, collaborative, committed to quality and continuous improvement.
