Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview As a User Experience Researcher in Clarivate’s Life Science u0026amp; Healthcare UX team, youwill uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviors to inform design decisions. You’ll combine qualitative and quantitative methods to generate insights that shape user-centered product experiences aligned with business goals. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate findings into actionable recommendations. This role offers a chance to work across journeys, scale insights with AI-driven approaches, and influence product direction in a global team.

- Plan and conduct end-to-end user research across journeys and key scenarios
- Perform qualitative and quantitative studies including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and ethnographic research
- Create UX artifacts such as personas and journey maps and produce research reports
- Analyze findings and synthesize actionable design and product recommendations
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers and engineers to integrate research into development
- Maintain a centralized repository of research findings for cross-team accessibility
- Advocate for the user and drive decision-making with a research-driven perspective
- Develop and refine research methodologies to enhance team capabilities
- Communicate findings effectively via presentations, reports, and workshops
Responsabilidades
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 2 years of experience conducting user research in UX or product development
- Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Experience leveraging AI tools and techniques to enhance UX research (insight generation, synthesis, scaling analysis)
- Proficiency in user interviews, usability testing, and surveys
- Ability to analyze and interpret research data to extract insights
- Familiarity with UX design principles and how research informs design
- Experience with Maze, Qualtrics, or similar research tools
