Celebrity Cruises seeks a Chef Tournant with a minimum 5 years in upscale hotels, resorts, cruise ships or convention banqueting and at least 2 years in a Chef Tournant role. You will direct, coach, support, supervise and evaluate kitchen staff under the Sous Chef, and you must read and apply company recipes with exactness and maintain taste quality.
You will oversee any main kitchen section, coordinate all team members, review recipes daily, manage production, and help control costs.
