- Participate in annual business planning, budgeting and rolling forecasts for assigned channels and customers. Support business reviews and the identification of risks and opportunities, providing financial analysis to business teams and management;
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer investment, including policy creation, review, accrual, settlement and payment, and return-on-investment evaluation, ensuring that customer spending is compliant, accurate and effective;
- Identify, analyse and follow up on exceptional customer deductions, coordinating with and driving the relevant responsible teams to ensure timely resolution and closure;
- Conduct monthly business performance reviews and target variance analysis for assigned customers, regularly reviewing key indicators including revenue, gross profit, customer investment, product mix and inventory;
- Perform P&L; simulations for changes in customer commercial terms and provide day-to-day financial support throughout the business process, from pre-sales to after-sales;
- Drive effective process integration across customer orders, pricing, commercial investment and business performance evaluation. Participate in channel finance digitalisation and automation projects to improve data standardisation, visualisation and process efficiency;




- Undertake other responsibilities related to channel operations and customer financial management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field;
- Ideally, at least two years of relevant experience in Finance Business Partnering, Channel Finance, Commercial Finance or a related finance role. The experience requirement may be relaxed for exceptional recent graduates. Relevant internship experience, familiarity with channel value chains or experience in customer investment management is preferred;
- Proficiency in Excel, Power Query and Power BI, with demonstrated capabilities in extracting, cleansing, integrating, modelling and visualising data from multiple sources. Experience with SAP or Python is preferred;
- Strong logical thinking, learning agility and problem-solving skills. Accountable, proactive and self-motivated, with strong execution, resilience, and internal and external stakeholder management capabilities;
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with both languages suitable for use in a professional working environment. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is preferred.
