Piche Spain seeks an experienced Urban Planner to lead acquired land through the urban planning and development process until it is ready for residential construction on the Costa del Sol.
You will define planning strategies, coordinate planning procedures, and work with municipalities and external consultants to turn sites into development-ready projects. Fluent Spanish and English are required; experience with PGOU and land classification is highly valued.
