Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and growth-oriented professional to join our communication and marketing agency. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and business-minded, with the ability to identify opportunities, drive new revenue, and support the growth of both new and existing clients.

Someone who can combine strategy, creativity, and commercial thinking.

Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities (leads, partnerships, and new accounts).
- Develop and execute growth strategies for existing clients.
- Collaborate with account, creative,



and marketing teams to activate performance-driven campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Support the preparation of commercial proposals and client presentations.
- Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
- Optimize acquisition and conversion funnels.

Qualifications

- Experience in marketing, growth, business development, or similar roles.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies (performance marketing, paid media, CRM, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and KPIs.
- Commercial mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, autonomous, and goal-oriented attitude.
- Previous experience in agencies (marketing/communications) is a plus.
- English required (additional languages are a plus).
