Stock Controller

Key Responsibilities

- Track shipments
- Oversee inventory audits
- Maintain track of purchases and pricing
- Forecast both supply and demand that helps prevent running understocking or overstocking
- Enter purchase details (invoices, vendor details, pricing) into the internal databases
- Place orders that help replenish stock items as and when required
- Track shipments and keep the records up-to-date on a day-to-day basis
- Oversee product storage, particularly of fragile items
- Maintaining inventory audits on a regular basis
- Liaise with the internal teams and warehouse manager in order to facilitate the work of the sales team

Qualifications

- At least two years of experience in stock management, preferably gained in Luxury Retail
- Dynamism, excellent organisational skills, and a fluent knowledge of Spanish
- A good level of English is required as well
- Familiarity with supply chain procedures and good communication skills to interact with vendors,



clients and internal teams
- Working knowledge of inventory management software is required
