Responsibilities

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and shipping of goods while maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Supervise and support warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth warehouse operations.
- Monitor warehouse performance, prepare operational and inventory reports, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Administrator to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the effective management of warehouse activities.

Qualifications

- Technical education or a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, inventory management, and procurement, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with experience managing inventory and warehouse operations.




- Fluent in written and spoken English, strong analytical skills, and ability to prepare accurate reports and evaluate inventory and operational performance.
