- You support customers throughout their entire journey, from product advice to orders and returns

- You speak native-level French

- You have experience in customer service, sales, customer experience or a similar customer-facing role

- You are proactive, dedicated and take ownership of your work
- You enjoy solving problems and creating positive customer experiences
- You are comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- You are digitally savvy and familiar with CRM systems and online tools

Working hours.

The service operates

- Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 21:00 and Saturdays between 09:00 and 17:00.
- Flexibility to work within these opening hours is required.
