As a Legal Counsel, you will work in a dynamic international environment and collaborate with commercial and legal teams located around the world. Key Responsibilities Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, partner agreements, procurement contracts and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Provide legal support on technology services contracts and commercial operations. Identify legal and commercial risks and propose practical, business‑oriented solutions. Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders located across different geographies. Participate in the continuous improvement of processes, contract templates and legal knowledge management. Qualifications Legal background and 3 to 4 years of experience in commercial and contract law. Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, supplier, partner or client agreements.



Knowledge of the technology environment and/or IT services contracting. High level of English, both written and spoken. Analytical skills, attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset.
