Tasks Leading a team of 60-70 teachers and a team of 5 school coordinators as well as managing the recruitment process Creating an effective curriculum based on Project Based Learning to enhance students' interest and participation Leading weekly meetings with school head of didactics and centre coordinators to determine annual/monthly goals Conducting academic induction and topic-based workshops on a regular basis. Guiding the performance of the teaching staff Requirements Bachelor of Education (infantil or primaria), other studies will be considered based on previous experience Strong C1 English level or above (interview will be conducted in English) Very keen on PBL or active methodologies Strong leadership skills Ideally you will have previous project management experience Benefits Friendly and international environment working alongside highly motivated professionals Timetable: Monday to Thursday (11:00 to 20:00); Friday: 10:00 to 18:00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
