The OpportunityWe are looking for a Senior Project Lead Engineer to lead and coordinate engineering activities across medium to high-complexity Grid Automation projects.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective execution of engineering deliverables while meeting contractual requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.This position requires approximately 25% travel.How You’ll Make an ImpactServe as the technical lead and design authority for engineering deliverables across multiple disciplines.Develop base designs for substation automation, control, and protection systems.Verify the implementation of base designs during detailed engineering phases.Coordinate all technical activities throughout the entire project lifecycle.Review and approve technical documentation in accordance with contractual requirements.Collaborate closely with customers to define, shape, and deliver effective technical solutions.Identify, assess, and manage technical and cross-functional project risks.Support project management with engineering budget monitoring, forecasting,



and cost-to-complete assessmentsYour BackgroundBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in substation automation, protection, and control systems.Native-level Spanish proficiency is required.
