We are currently looking for CRM Specialist (Call Center) to join our marketing team in Barcelona. Mission of the position:
The objective of the Call center & Crm Specialist is to contribute to the correct development of Telemarketing Campaigns and will support and report to the CRM Manager.Main functions:
Coordination, maintenance and reporting of Telemarketing campaigns
Quality management of the call center
Management and continuous improvement of call center tools
Project management related to call center
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate featured assets and content
Work with database to segment audience, analyze audience behavior, and improve the quality of the database
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns run optimally
Requierments:
1-2 years working in similar position
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data or similar field
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to prioritize tasks and projects effectively
Experience with Salesforce and other automation systems
Strong initiative, creative thinking, attention to detail and work ethic
