We are currently seeking a talented and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and maintaining our systems and network.Main Tasks:Provide first-level technical support to employees, including diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issuesInstall, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems, including servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devicesManage and monitor our network,
