Spring Health is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead a world-class onboarding process from sales transition to handoff to Customer Success. Based for EMEA clients, with support for US time zones as needed, you’ll bridge teams to resolve complex issues and ensure go-live delivery.
You’ll own end-to-end project management, build strong customer relationships, define requirements, and drive scalable improvements in the onboarding process, collaborating across functions and regions.
