In this role you drive Flight Physics PMTD capabilities to support program success within Airbus Defence and Space.

You will lead process, methods and data development to advance digitalization and technologies across Flight Physics.

You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-cost, on-quality CoC deliveries and contribute to a more competitive flight physics domain.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Manage the Flight Physics PMTD portfolio for a specific program with focus on CoC deliveries (on time, cost, quality)
• Drive PMTD process convergence and close gaps to ensure effective program support
• Lead the PMTD Integrated Product Team (IPT) to capture activities and priorities
• Coordinate and drive digital transformation of Flight Physics, aligning with cross-functional initiatives and digital strategies
• Serve as Flight Physics interface to TAX,



Digital and TADX and manage referential documentation with stakeholders
• Develop integrated end-to-end digitalization solutions for Air Power - Engineering
• Prototype, validate and deploy disruptive solutions in flight physics to enhance program competitiveness
• Continuously reflect and improve ways of working for program success

Responsabilidades
• University degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics or equivalent
• At least 3 years of professional experience in programming and data science in development and engineering
• Experience in Flight Physics and overall aircraft development processes and engineering activities
• Experience in managing projects in a complex, international environment
