HR Advisor – HR Administration, Health & Safety (H&S;) and Talent Acquisition (Training Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration & Payroll

- Support the administration of employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, terminations, contract preparation, and contractual amendments.
- Assist with the monthly payroll process by collecting and reviewing payroll-related information and employee records.
- Manage and maintain employee documentation, ensuring accurate filing and strict confidentiality.




- Keep HR databases and employee records up to date.
- Manage access requirements and documentation for workplaces, including El Corte Inglés.

Health & Safety (H&S;)

- Assist in monitoring Health & Safety documentation for employees and workplaces.
- Support coordination with external occupational health and safety providers.
- Manage documentation related to medical examinations, mandatory training, and risk assessments.
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Talent Acquisition

- Publish job vacancies across various recruitment platforms and channels.
- Screen CVs and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Support the administrative onboarding process for new hires, including contracts, documentation, and employee registration.
- Assist with the coordination and follow-up of onboarding activities.
- Participate in employer branding, talent attraction, and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

- Degree or studies in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment, or a general HR support role.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and motivation to develop a career in Human Resources.
- Interest in the retail industry and working within an international company.
- Valid work permit and the right to work in Spain.
