Located on Avenida Tibidabo, our third Casa in the city will include a state-of-the-art gym, a full-service spa and hair salon, an 18 m² outdoor pool, a café, and two floors of club space.

The Role

We are looking for an energetic, personable, and service-driven Club Receptionist to become the welcoming face of Barcelona Pool House. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth, personality, and service standards of the House.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Main Duties

- Welcome members, guests, and visitors with confidence, warmth, and professionalism.
- Manage reservations, enquiries, guest arrivals, and member requests across multiple House outlets.
- Handle incoming calls and ensure enquiries are directed efficiently.
- Support members with bookings, recommendations, and personalized service.
- Coordinate guest lists and assist with events, screenings, and rooftop activations.
- Take In-Room Dining orders and maintain knowledge of menus, events, and House offerings.
- Act as a brand ambassador, creating positive first and lasting impressions.




- Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure seamless member experiences.

What We Are Looking For

Passion for hospitality, lifestyle, and guest experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident and engaging personality.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in reception, front office, guest relations, membership, or hospitality is preferred.
