Overview

At China Three Gorges Europe we are looking for an Administrative Intern to join our Greenfield team and support our mission of powering the world with renewable energy. In this role, you will learn and assist in different tasks:

Responsibilities

- Organize and review documents – Sort, categorize, and verify engineering drawings, equipment lists, inspection reports, and asset handover files in Spanish, and English
- Support internal approval processes – Prepare, route, and track internal approval documents; assist in following up on approval status as needed

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent relevant discipline
- English Advanced level (equivalent to C1-C2)
- Spanish Advanced level (equivalent C1-C2/Native)
- Chinese knowledge will be a plus
- Proficient command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)




- Good organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability
