Bachelor’s or Master’s in UX Research, Service Design, Psychology or related field 6+ years’ experience driving complex, user-centred research or service-design initiatives End-to-end mastery of mixed-method research (qualitative & quantitative) on web, mobile apps and physical touchpoints Proficiency with research & testing platforms (User Testing, Maze, Full Story, Hotjar, A/B, surveys, data analytics) Track record converting research findings into actionable product roadmaps validated by measurable KPIs Business-fluent English and strong storytelling for global stakeholders Own the research strategy from kickoff to insights, influencing digital products, e-commerce journeys and in-store/employee experiences Lead usability studies, usability testing and applied A/B and multivariate testing to optimise conversion and satisfaction Orchestrate immersive in-context research (lab, remote, ethnographic) across global markets and diverse user segments Facilitate cross-functional workshops (Design Thinking, Service Blueprinting) with Product, Analytics,
