ABOUT THE ROLE Subject‑matter expert within our global Total Rewards team, specialising in incentive and variable pay design Shape, govern, and continuously improve short‑ and long‑term incentive frameworks across a integral, multi‑divisional organisation Work at the intersection of compensation strategy, business performance, and executive stakeholders Senior‑level specialist expected to operate autonomously, advising senior stakeholders on complex incentive design decisions with minimal oversight WHAT YOU'LL DO Design, model, and evolve incentive plans — STI, sales incentives,



and LTIP structures — including plan mechanics, performance metrics, and payout curves Run scenario modelling and cost simulations for plan design decisions and annual target setting Own the annual incentive cycle end‑to‑end: target setting, mid‑year reviews, payout calculations, and governance documentation Ensure alignment of incentive frameworks with business strategy, market practice, and regulatory requirements across multiple countries Conduct benchmarking (e.G. Mercer, WTW, Comptryx) and translate market data into actionable design recommendations Prepare decision papers and analyses for senior leadership and executive committees Partner with People Partners, Finance, and Legal on implementation, communication, and compliance Bring external market perspective and best‑practice frameworks from prior client‑facing or advisory work, translating these into practical, organisation‑specific solutions ABOUT YOU 8+ years of Total Rewards / compensation experience, with a strong focus on incentive design (STI/LTI); prior experience in a consulting environment (e.G. Mercer, WTW, Aon, Deloitte) is strongly preferred Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; advanced Excel a must, experience with comp platforms a plus Sound understanding of incentive governance, pay‑for‑performance principles, and ideally LTIP mechanics (equity and cash‑based) Ability to translate complex plan mechanics into clear narratives for executives and managers Precise, structured working style with high integrity in handling confidential data Fluent English; additional languages a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
