Product Manager – My Silae (Spain)

Join our product team as a Product Manager responsible for adapting and accelerating the launch of My Silae in the Spanish market.

Responsibilities

- Understand user needs and the Spanish market by gathering feedback from users, partners, and stakeholders, and identify priorities.
- Work closely with the France product team to adapt existing features to Spanish regulatory, business and usage specifics.
- Prioritize product evolutions with PM France, the Lead PM and payroll/Human Resources consultants, balancing business impact, regulatory constraints and user experience.
- Help set up product processes and go‑to‑market plans to accelerate my Silae deployment in Spain.
- Contribute to the local offer structuring and solution packaging to maximize value for different customer segments.
- Coordinate technical and product teams to ensure reliable, on‑time deliveries with a smooth, coherent user experience.
- Collaborate with marketing, support and operational teams to organize launches, run pilot phases and structure communication around new product features.
- Act as the primary contact between local and French product teams to maintain strong general consistency.

Qualifications

- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in payroll,



HR, time management or the broader B2B SaaS ecosystem.
- Strong product culture and ability to thrive in entrepreneurial, rapidly evolving environments.
- Ability to combine strategic vision with operational execution, with a focus on impact and delivery.
- Proximity to users and business stakeholders to quickly understand business needs and prioritize high‑value opportunities.
- Knowledge of payroll or HR topics is a plus.
- Experience in product launches or go‑to‑market is appreciated.
- Experience with solutions integrating AI is an asset.
- Excellent analytical, structuring and communication skills.
- Autonomous, proactive and enjoys teamwork in an international context.
