Customer Representative – Bilingual (ITA-SPA-ENG) Onsite - JE01

Customer Service Representative in Barcelona (On‑site) in the coffee industry. You will provide customer service in Italian, Spanish and English, helping customers with orders, queries and ensuring high satisfaction.

What You Will Do In This Role

- Provide accurate information to our customers
- Log and follow up on correct and valid orders or requests
- Ensure the highest level of Customer Satisfaction Survey scores
- Deliver high‑caliber customer service on post‑sales requisitions
