About the Role

At Ferrero, we are looking for a passionate and results‑driven Sales Representative Modern Trade to join our Field Sales team in the Zona Norte, covering La Rioja, Álava, Burgos and Soria. You will manage a designated route from Logroño, building strong customer relationships, driving business growth and delivering excellence in the Modern Trade channel across supermarkets and hypermarkets.

Main Responsibilities

- Visit customers and points of sale across the assigned territory, ensuring high standards of Point of Sale Execution and commercial excellence.
- Negotiate visibility opportunities and improve product placement to secure the best possible presence for Ferrero brands in stores.
- Monitor stock levels, prevent out‑of‑stock situations and guarantee the availability of key products throughout the year, including promotional periods.
- Execute centrally negotiated agreements at the store level while identifying additional opportunities to grow the business.
- Perform Sell‑Out Analysis and performance monitoring, transforming insights into clear action plans that drive results.
- Support commercial development,



strengthen partnerships and maximize the impact of Ferrero's initiatives across the route.

About You

- Highly motivated professional with proven experience in FMCG Sales, Retail Sales or the Modern Trade channel.
- Commercially minded, passionate about delivering results and comfortable building long‑term relationships with customers.
- Strong understanding of supermarkets, hypermarkets and commercial account management.
- Analytical mindset to interpret business data and translate it into effective commercial actions.
- Strong organizational skills and a disciplined approach to execution.
- Advanced Excel skills, solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with Trade Marketing or retail execution tools.
- Experience using data‑driven insights to improve performance is a strong advantage.
- Energy, resilience, proactive attitude and a collaborative team player with a strong customer focus.
