About the role

You will be at the heart of our community, inside and out. From building a workplace culture that employees love, to creating moments and content that make our guests and clients feel genuinely welcome, you will be the person who makes people feel like they belong. You are part events coordinator and part content generator.

Responsibilities

- Plan and execute our two flagship company events each year, ensuring they are memorable for the whole team.
- Co‑design and bring to life our regular in‑office gatherings.
- Run employee recognition programmes (long‑service awards and milestones) that make people feel seen.
- Keep events on budget without losing the magic.
- Manage our coworking space for guests: handle bookings, welcome visitors, and ensure every visit feels smooth and personal.
- Collaborate with the Brand team on community‑facing initiatives.
- Support the content calendar, creating and scheduling posts across our social channels.
- Create content (copy, visuals, short‑form video) following brand guidelines and direction from the team.
- Engage with the online community, responding to comments and interacting with relevant accounts.
- Monitor and report on key metrics monthly with clear, simple summaries that inform decisions.




- Stay on top of platform trends and propose new content ideas proactively.

About You

- Up to 2 years of experience in events, community management, social media, or a related field (internships count).
- Social‑media native: highly active, up‑to‑date with trends, and a natural content creator.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Background in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (degree or equivalent).
- Creative mindset: bring ideas and energy to both events and content.
- People‑person: genuinely enjoy building relationships and creating experiences for others.
- Comfortable with basic analytics tools and reporting.
