We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented, and culturally aware Casting & Talent Intern to join our team in Barcelona. This role is designed for a student or recent graduate passionate about the audiovisual, advertising, and talent management industries. You will support the Casting & Production teams in identifying, coordinating, and managing talent for international advertising campaigns, branded content, and audiovisual productions, while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced and highly creative environment.

Responsibilities

- Supporting the Casting & Talent team in sourcing actors, models, influencers, and real people for audiovisual and advertising productions.
- Assisting in the organization and coordination of castings, self‑tapes, callbacks, and talent databases.
- Researching new talent through agencies, social media platforms, and digital communities.




- Helping prepare casting presentations, moodboards, and talent selections for clients and creative teams.
- Coordinating schedules, availability, and communication with talent agencies and performers.
- Supporting administrative tasks related to talent management, contracts, releases, and production documentation.
- Participating in trend research and identifying emerging profiles aligned with current advertising and cultural trends.
- Maintaining organized internal files, databases, and workflows to ensure efficient project coordination.

Requirements

- Final‑year student or recent graduate in Audiovisual Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, Production, Human Resources, Arts, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Interest in audiovisual production, advertising, fashion, social media, and talent management.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and digital platforms for talent scouting and trend research.
- High level of English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work collaboratively, multitask, and adapt to fast‑paced production environments.
- Interest and knowledge in digital culture, influencer marketing, and AI tools is a strong plus.
- Previous experience in casting, events, production, or talent coordination is a plus but not required.

Conditions

- Duration: 6 months
- Commitment: Full‑time (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday (09:00 to 18:00)
- Study grant: 500€ per month
