About the role:
We are looking for a Process Manager with 3–5 years of experience in Spare Parts Inventory Management to help optimize and standardize inventory processes across our international service organization. Join us and be part of a great team where "WE" come first :)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop our target spare parts inventory and assortment processes for our regional and national warehouses and service vans
Integrate the target processes within our new IT landscape (SAP S/4HANA / IFS Cloud / Inform ADD*ONE)
Conduct test scenarios with future system users and take care of troubleshooting




Execute the system integration include user training within our central Customer Service department and the international sales units
Actively manage user reports and feedback to initiate measures for our further process and system development
Create data evaluations and ad-hoc analysis
Support end-user independently
Work in an interdisciplinary team and take over responsibilities
Requirements:
Completed studies in the field of business administration, business informatics, computer science, engineering or a comparable course of study (Bachelor /Master).
Several years (3-5 years) of subject-specific professional experience
Initial practical experience with (spare parts) inventory management and supply chain mana gement
Good project management skills
Good IT skills: SAP R3, S4/HANA (for supply chain and inventory processes), Jira and MS Office
Fluent English
Nice to have:
Other IT skills: IFS CLOUD, SQL & amp; AfO
Fluency in German
