We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and develop our marketing team, driving the day-to-day marketing strategy across Spain, Benelux, and the Nordics. In this role, you will work with leading international brands such as IHG, Marriott, and Accor.

You will report to the Regional Commercial Director and the Director of Marketing & Communications, playing a key role in ensuring strong alignment between regional strategy and local execution.

In addition, you will provide hands‑on marketing support to one property in Spain, ensuring impactful local activation alongside regional initiatives.

YOUR ROLE AS SENIOR MARKETING MANAGERAs our Senior Marketing Manager for Spain, you will own the marketing strategy for the region and take direct responsibility for driving sustainable business growth. You will be the bridge between commercial ambition and creative execution — translating business goals into high‑performing marketing initiatives, leading a talented team, and delivering measurable impact across brand, digital, and revenue. This is both a strategic and hands‑on role, and you will have real ownership from day one.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Develop and lead the integrated regional marketing strategy aligned with commercial growth objectives

Translate revenue targets into clear marketing plans, KPIs, and performance dashboards

Oversee all marketing channels: digital, social media, email, SEO/SEM, content, events, partnerships, and offline





Lead demand generation and pipeline‑building initiatives in close collaboration with Sales

Own website strategy, marketing automation, and CRM alignment

Manage the full marketing budget with accountability for ROI and revenue contribution

Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team with a focus on efficiency, quality, and growth

Build scalable processes and workflows, with direct implementation responsibility for at least one focus hotel in the region

Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Hotel Operations, and Senior Leadership

Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and competitive positioning strategies

Report regularly on performance data and translate insights into optimised campaigns

Drive innovation by incorporating new marketing technologies, channels, and trends

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

6–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including team leadership responsibility

Proven track record of building and executing successful growth‑focused marketing strategies

Strong expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and performance analytics

Demonstrated experience managing and developing marketing teams

Deep understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics platforms

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions

Strong stakeholder management and executive‑level communication skills

Experience managing substantial marketing budgets with measurable ROI impact

You are fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus

You are a strategic thinker who also loves getting things done

You are comfortable in a dynamic, international, fast‑paced environment
